With this Brussels waffle mix you can bake real authentic light and crispy Brussels waffles. Delicious to serve with strawberries and whipped cream. It is a ready-to-use baking mix so you only have to add water, mix briefly and you can start baking immediately. A rotating waffle iron must be used for this batter!

YIELD
With 1 kg of waffle mix you can make approx. 25 waffles with a professional 5x3 iron.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
A rotating waffle iron should be used for this batter! Mix 1 kg mix + 1.5 ltr. water to a smooth batter. Fill the bottom baking tray with batter and close the waffle iron. Then turn the baking trays upside down and bake the waffles for ± 3-4 minutes until golden brown at 220°C.
